martin logan has a page here: http://www.martinlogan.com/learn/faq-prewiring-a-home-theater.php describing the prewiring of AC for a home theatre.

for "line" in their article I'm reading as "circuit"

has any one done similar? Around here the way to wire a circuit is to got HNG (hot-neutral-ground) from the panel to the closest outlet and then from there to the next outlet and the next and so on. this should keep the ground length the same for all outlets on the circuit.

as for multiple circuits in the same room, if i bring all the circuits in the room to a sub panel would that not also address the issue?

Your link has a typo, it's:

http://www.martinlogan.com/learn/faq-prewiring-a-home-theater.php

But anyway that page has very bad advice about Safety Ground (EGC) wires.

Three much better and much, much longer papers.

The Bill Whitlock of Jensen Transformers Seminar paper
http://www.jensen-transformers.com/an/generic seminar.pdf

The Jim Brown of Audio Systems Group white paper
"Power and Grounding for Audio and Audio/Video Systems"
http://www.audiosystemsgroup.com/SurgeXPowerGround.pdf

"Power White Paper" from Middle Atlantic.com
http://www.middleatlantic.com/power.htm

I did as ML site suggested. I have eight dedicated circuits. One for the TV and seven for the audio. I use one isolated ground (one ground wire for all the circuits and as ML said I get an amazing black background.

For the TV I use MIT Z Duplex super outlet and the other seven outlets for audio are Maestro outlets.
