I haven't yet seen any speculation on the minimum size of room required for these babies. What is the general consensus ? Consensus on this forum ? What am I saying ? Opinions ??

I think Joey's dorm room would be the absolute minimum size required. But that won't matter now since he is moving into a spacious, upscale condo.

Seriously, though. I wouldn't want to try to fit them into anything smaller than 12' by 14' or so. Heck, my room is 14' by 19' and I think it is too small for my Summits, so probably something like 17' by 25' would be ideal for these babies.
