Hi all, I am a new member and have (2) Abyss subs I purchased many years ago. They have always performed very well but just this week I noticed that one of them is starting to have distortion at lower frequencies and higher volume. This prevents me from matching the 2 subs and forces me to play one at a lower volume to prevent the distortion/rattling. I am sure it is the cone/driver which has probably been over-extended sometime in the past. ML tech support told me they no longer have replacement parts for the discontinued Abyss line. So my question is does anyone have any suggestions for a third-party driver that will equally work with this sub or other sources for a good Abyss used cone? Thank you very much.
