Are you saying that components don't benefit from damping? That vibrations don't affect components, either tube or solid state? Or that THIS product is snakeoil?

DANG! was the animal sleeping on the unit. That has to be the worse I have ever seen and I was an audio bench tech for several years.

On a serious note: no need for expensive dampening solutions for gear. Pick up some 3M 2552 damping foil . You can get it in 2" x 36" for less than $15. Just peel and stick on the inside of cabinets and chassis. A little goes a long way, so you don't need a lot.
