Is ML Vista bad for karaoke?

Hi,

My wife wants me to setup a karaoke system in my theater room. As always, she wins. Is Vista suitable for live voice? Should I just go out and buy a cheapo 2 channel floor speakers for her?

If she's a decent singer, then an ESL is suitable. (My assessment of Vista from many reports in this forum is that it is a poor quality speaker that will fall apart.)

Mr. Soderberg used a pair of Summit X's at a very loud live DJ event, so I am sure karaoke will be fine.

OMG, i love going to Karaoke and watching drunks get up there and try to sing.. It's HYSTERICAL!
