Where Is Your Bass Knob

With my 15As, after ARC I find even with 2 12s the bass is not impactful. You can hear it but not feel it yet. Going to start experimenting with turning the bass up. So just to get feelers as to how most people find the bass response of MLs, where is the bass dial in your speakers set?

Is the room messing it up? If you slowly walk around in your room, does the bass get impactful anywhere else? What's it like right between the speakers?
