I owned Carver ALIII's Ribbons before. M.L. are more open, airy and have a better soundstage.

Wow, eight EL34s per side. They must be underdriven and should last a very long time. My amp produces 100wpc with just four EL34s per side and the tubes still measure 85 - 95 after five years. I've never heard of this brand but will definitely check it out. Oh, welcome.

Yes they seem to be as the amp never gets hot. The pre amp runs hotter. Biased at .35v
My other amps Audio Inovations S1000 at 50wpc pure class A ran extremely hot all the time and was running 4 EL34's each.

If you probably did not check out Canary's line, they are a small boutique manufacturer and their build quality and wiring is second to none. 6 moons.com did several reviews on their products.
