Scale model working replica of a Ferrari, amazing.

That is from quite a few years ago, maybe 7 now in fact, but it is STILL AMAZING to see! Can you imagine doing that? 20,000 hours he says! He learned to cast parts himself to make them, EVERY BIT of the car is as the original just scaled down! UNREAL!

Rare ~ $1.5 Million ~ Ferrari Enso Totaled...

Well this must have cost the net-work producer some. ;) What a waste of some beautiful machinery. :( Eddie Griffin just can't drive a Ferrari... Only 400 Ferrari Enso's have ever been made, anyway their is one less now...

The T-Rex is interesting, but the Ariel Atom is a
better performer for even less cash...

"Over the years I've flown F15 fighters, done power
slides in airboats, strafed the desert from helicopter
gunships, but for sheer excitement this thing is off the
scale."

Jeremy Clarkson - BBC Top Gear Host

nice render jobs.

Research: I picked up the name "Guillermo Sureda-Burgos" from here:
http://blog.scifi.com/tech/

Article here:
http://blog.scifi.com/tech/archives/2007/03/28/personal_submar.html#more

His website portfolio here:
http://sureda.org/Portfolio/Portfolio.htm

He says at one point he won a design competition while in high school in 1980, yet one of his current posted winning designs is listed as winning a "student" design competition. His resume lists computer skills and no job or project experience. I'm a bit confused about this "Spanish designer ".

Very cool, but this one would be even more better:

the WrightSpeed X1 ELECTRIC Atom

X1-front-34-high.jpg

  • Engine: AC Propulsion 3-phase AC induction motor, 236hp at the motor shaft
  • Gearbox: None needed
  • Weight: 1,536 lbs (dang batteries)
  • 0-30: 1.35 sec
  • 0-60 mph: 3.07 sec in 117 ft
  • 0-100 mph: 6.87 sec
  • 0-100-0 mph: 11.2 sec
  • Braking g: 1.2
  • Lateral g: 1.3
  • Energy consumption 200 WHr/mile in urban use, equivalent to 170 mpg (33,705 WHr/gallon)

No clutch, no shifting, precise and immediate control of torque in drive and braking, perfect traction control…first gear takes you to 112mph…

What a rush, I wants one bad...
