It would be interesting to build something like that using Summit X panels - a part of the work would already be done. Unfortunately I don't have the woodworking skills or tools.

He says it sounds better than the Summit. I wonder how it sounds compared to the CLX, or to Justin's Apogees.
 
That is indeed a great build. I'd seen it when he first did the project a few years ago, and it's very ingenuous.

Still surprised he does not use an acoustic measurement tool, especially to tune the crossover. He probably has additional performance in store that he could unlock with the right feedback.
