ML's & Seymour AV Ice Block Amps

Has anyone heard of these guys before and have any sense of how their amps might work with ML's?

I've become fairly fond of Class D through my limited exposure:

Well, I need to get a new pre/pro (anyone have a good HDMI 1.3 one to recommend?) before I pony up for a new power amp, mono or stereo, Class D or other wise.
