ML Quests stopped working!

Can anyone help me trouble shoot? One day I came and turned on my system and no sound from the panels, just bass! I hooked up other speakers and they were fine, so it is not the amp, I checked for power to the MLs and everything is fine there too, any advice?!? PLEASE!

Hola...are both panels not working?...seems they are not getting any A.C. from the mains A.C. voltage. Please tell us more,

Both panels were not working. I went down there and disconnected everything and reset the panamax and now the panels are on, but the speakers do not seem to be as loud as before. The needles are flying on my amp (tfm-35), but not so much volume.

It does take the panels a bit of time to charge, if they were unplugged it might be just a few minutes before audio joy is restored.

Tis very true . It may take a hr or so before they are fully charged . Also you might try wiping them down real well with a dry lint free towel and making sure there is no dust on them.

right after inheriting my reqests I had this issue. I unplugged them overnight, plugged them back in the next morning and all was well.
