So this doctor is wrestling with a moral dilema. It effects his train of thought for days and days, he finds himself distracted, pacing the floor, waking up in the middle of the night. It's wearing him down.

As he goes through events a little voice inside his head chimes in "You shouldn't be so hard on yourself. You're only human, people make mistakes. You're not the first doctor that has slept with one of his patients."

Just about the time he starts to feel some sence of comfort another little voice inside his head adds..."Yeah, but you're a vet."
