image sizing

I can't find the thread about how to resize images. I tried the search and nothing comes up. I have done it before but the old brain just can't remember how.
Can any of you direct me to the information?

Brad, if you're using Win XP, you can install the Windows Image Resizer app... http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/learnmore/tips/eschelman2.mspx

If you're using Win Vista (or Mac), you'll need another solution.
