Can the amp handle the 15a speakers well?

Sure, that's no problem for that amp.
Mine drives my huge Monoliths' naked (no passive XO) panel. That is pretty much the most difficult load one can ever present an amp.

My Aragon amp is only 200 watts at 8 ohms, 400 at 4, and it drives my Prodigy speakers great. It's a 48 inch long panel like Monolith. The Sanders amp is rated higher power in watts.
