Hey folks. I auditioned a reasonably priced pair of speaker cables this weekend that turned out to be KILLER on the Summits. The dealer is Brian Kurtz of Sound Mind Audio in Austin. These are a variant of TARA Labs speaker cable. For more details see his website soundmindaudio.com. Not inexpensive (1500 bucks for ten feet biwired), but cheap for what they do. I'm keeping mine. They are replacing a much more expensive speaker cable from Nordost (SPM Ref) and bring a much needed infusion of warmth, presence, and bass but maintain a great deal of the openess, soundstaging and sense of SPACE that the Nordost do so well.
