I stumbled across this while researching another issue. AudioTech Industries has launched an audio classifieds website, which is free to non-commercial sellers. The site is here:

I am a member of AudioTech Industries and I like everything about this site. By the looks of what they have to offer for being a free high-end audio classified site, i would say this might be the new wave for all audiophiles to buy/sell their high-end audio equip. There are two types of classfieds, personal and commercial and both can be filtered when dong a classified search. If you're not a member, you should join and support this website.
