SL3 vs Ascent

Hi,
I own a par of SL3 with new panels, now I´ve found a pair of Ascent (not i) also with brand new panels.
I can´t go there to listen to them so the best thing to do is to ask you experts here at Martinloganowners

Is it the same panel on both of them?
It seems to be the same size on the panels.

Anything else that are diffrent?

Something else to think about?

Hi Örjan,

Don't know if I'm going to be of any help to you as I haven't yet had the priveledge of hearing SL3's but I have owned the Ascents(not the i's either) and they were absolutely wonderful speakers. Right now I own Odyssey's and still miss my Ascents, they were that good. Anyway, good luck in your quest.
