Wow I'm reviving a really old thread here! I'm hoping this year to add two BalancedForce subs to my CLX Art speakers, and am wondering how much difference there really is in the listening experience between the 210 and 212 models. I read the specs that report the 212's going a couple Hz lower...

It’s on me now to connect with/establish some sort of relationship with an authorized dealer (note: not ANY online dealer - only the in-store kind) and ask them to make the special order. MartinLogan said they could then ship them. I’ll wait a little longer to see how this shakes out...

Thanks! I E-mailed MartinLogan a 2nd time, doing it this morning, and this time they responded. They said they have some in stock and will be sending them out as special orders for now. Thanks for all of your help and suggestions :)

Hi Robert, yes I did contact MartinLogan directly via E-mail, and they too ignored it. In regard to the BF210, just one online dealer has any at all...and they only have one.

Thanks for your replies. I’ll send him another message, but literally all of MartinLogan’s authorized online dealers, including Best Buy, are sold out. At least Audio Advice was willing to reply to my request, and they have no idea when more will become available.

Well, no response from him so far. I also contacted MartinLogan directly via their website, but they too have not responded. Apparently the potential future manufacture of these subwoofers is a secret :unsure:

Hi Leporello! The repairs were actually free under warranty. I wasn’t planning to buy these speakers yet in 2022 (although I wanted to since 2012), but then I found out that they went out of production circa 2020. That lit a fire under me, and I believe I found the last pair of new, sealed...
