anyone know what common hardware can be used like spikes on the bottom of wood furniture? any other advice for a DIY rack that i should consider before i get started?

As far as a rack is concerned I would go low and wide rather than tall and narrow.

I need to update these photos, I flush mounted my monitor into my desk among other small things I have changed. I am about to remove my love seat all together and move the desk forward more since I mix so much these days.

I jinxed myself, we replaced this system with a set of Focal TwinBe 6's and a studio control unit made by Crane Song, the Avocett. Not nearly as fun to listen to, but incredibly accurate.
