Well, in 1974 I used to cruise (Maryvale, CA) with a guy who had a 1968 Camaro SS 396 (with Holley dual feed, L60 and L50 tires)...simply incredible power. Driving in 4th gear at 25 mph, he would floor it and you couldn't reach forward to touch the dash.

At 90 mph you could watch the gas gage go down too!

I prefered my '66 TR-4A (2000 lbs, 100 hp/140ftlbs), with 3 passengers at 95 mph, it was rock steady.

It is said that in Singapore, if you should be seen driving your Rolls down the road, nobody would believe you're the owner, no matter how well dressed you're. Obviously, you must be only the chauffeur.
