Powered Sub Recommendation with Ascent i/Theater i/Fresco

I want to add an additional sub to compliment my current Martin Logan Ascent i, Theater i, and Fresco setup. In an earlier post i asked about DIY drivers. In this post I would like your opinion what 12" powered sub you would recommend to compliment my system?

I would also like your opinion on the SVS PB12-NSD and if it would compliment this setup.

My home listening room is above my 3 car garage.
