Descent i shutting down

Hi there just received my new Martin Logan Descent i and after 10 mins the sub power shuts down and after 10mins it powers up. The supply power is steady and OK. Using the preamp to LFE input to the sub, please help, I just dread the thought of repackaging the beast and taking it back.

Bruce,

I assume you are aware that operation of the sub depends on the setting of the Power switch on top of the cabinet. When set to Auto, it turns on automatically when a music signal is detected and off when there is none.
