Best Quality streaming service?

ok, what do you guys like to use for streaming radio services? Pandora, Mog, Rhapsody? I am talking about sound quality here. Any thoughts?

I use the new beats by dre who recently bought out MOG, they stream in high quality plus you can download the files to your iPhone/iPad ! Im not sure if its available on the desktop though
