Anybody taken delivery of CLX?

I have seen where a lot of guys have listened and praised the CLX but has anyone taken delivery of a pair yet.

Thats a good question! If they are so great! Well here is my reasoning. I recently bought a pair of Spires, I am so impressed with the upgrade in sound, in every aspect. So I never heard the CLX, but I heard they retail for 25K, and I think you can get them for 20K. My spires cost me 8K, take 8K from 20K and you still have to pay 12K more, I ask myself can anything sound that much better then what I just got??? Also, they are like a door, where my setup is they would not fit in well or look desirable! Oh, I could come up with the $$ to buy them, just cannot justify them. If you buy them most likely you will have to a an appropriate amp to push them, I did for my Spires, plus a pre-Amp=$$. I love Corvettes, but cannot justify owning one of them either!lol

New member, S2K, has recently taken delivery of a pair of CLXs.
