McIntosh MC 303 Amp. 300 watts per channel for the Illusion center channel and the Motif surrounds. MC601's for the CLX's. 600 Watts per channel.

I have the CLX. Works well with McIntosh Amps. Not sure about the others.

That sounds great. I will be replacing my Stage Center with the Illusion and an Oppo 205 on the 18th of this month.

I have no problem with my McIntosh 601's and my CLX's. They sound superb.

The McIntosh MC205 is a nice amp. I use to have one powering my Martin Logan Vantage speakers. Maybe you can find a good used one. I cannot speak for other amps. I have only used Mac amps.

My dealer no longer carries the Martin Logan Line. The other dealer does not have them in stock. I would have to purchase the Stage X and then he would have to place an order with Martin Logan. Only so many left. I think I will pass. It is hard to sell used equipment. Thanks for everyones...

Will I notice a difference in sound between my stage center speaker and the stage x? I can get a new stage x for just under $2200 after tax. My front speakers are the clx and the surround are motif. McIntosh amps 601 for the clx and McIntosh amp 303 for the center and surrounds. Opinions please

If I knew then what I know now, I would still own the CLX's. They give me total pleasure with music and movies.

Sorry for my statement. I was not aware of the huge increase in price for the panels, and quality control as others have spoken.

If you can afford to buy them, enjoy them, and don't worry what might or might not happen 15 years down the road.
