Happy Independence Day
I just joined MLO. Site was recommended by my audio wingman - tsv_1 - whom I shamelessly draft off of with restrained abandon (audio budget envy). My knowledge of uber audio is limited but I'm eager to learn more and hopefully upgrade my system over time... currently have my eyes on Sanders Magtech mono blocks....sigh. As a EE, I'm impressed with Roger's whitepapers and I definitely plan to take a scope to my amp to see if its clipping under heavy load.
The picture below is a year old but mostly valid... now have Sharp 80in LCD.
Current setup is 7.1:
ML CLXs driven by Wyred 4 Sound SC-1000s mono blocks with Morrow SP2 cables
Subwoofer JL Audio f112
Center and Surrounds are Definitive Tech - 8080HD & BVPX
Center and Surrounds are driven by Rotel 1077
