It sounds like your GF wants a coupe. Hold out for the Audi A5. The S5 has more HP and it far more expensive, but the A5 will have the same look. It is a stunning car. Right around the 40K range, all wheel drive. I'm guessing similar in price as the G37. I'd choose the A5, it's way better...

I'll take a photo of my Scripts mounted on the Lovan stands. They have worked extremely well. The nice thing about the Lovan stands are you can raise or lower the spikes in the front or rear to get the exact angle you want. I'll post the photos tonight when I get home.

Have you experimented with "tipping" the speaker forward or back? I found by tipping my Aeons down about an inch or so, made them a little cleaner and less boomy. I had them tipped about 2", but then they started sounding too thin.

Sometimes I need to laugh at some of the things people do with there equipment. Can you really hear a difference or do you just think you can? I asked one of the electrostatic manufacturers at RMAF about cables, large vs small. He said one should always use a smaller type cable on...

MiTT: Nice job on reporting the show. Next year I would be more than happy to help with the photographic portion. I have a nice 10-21mm lens that would cover some of the larger displays nicely. Keep me in mind.

Help me understand what significance having your speaker cable off the floor? When I was at RMAF, I noticed this on some systems, but not on others. I was looking through some of the systems here on the ML site and ran across this picture. What wrong here? One side obviously has the cables...

These were one of my favorite speakers I heard at the show. YG Acoustics. They are manufactured in Arvada, CO but not sold in the US. One dealer in Denmark and one in Japan.

The Sinatra thing is weird. I was there on Sunday and some guy had a 2nd gen master of Sinatra in that same room. I'm not a Sinatra fan, but it sounded great. MiTT. Did you check out the $170,000 Acapellas?
