As it turns out they work better in a dual role, for those who must. While I don't use mine for anything but HT, my friend demoed 60XTi for two channel tube and it did not do too bad for the price. Noticed a little spike in freq response between 10k-15khz. Maybe not idea for 2ch audio but...

30 years ago I first met Peter at our local audio retailer in Northern Calif, Sacramento. Bought my first solid state MOSFET preamp and amplifier from him. Kept in touch some, but lost track after he went to Martin Logan. Hopefully he got scooped up and keeping it going. Please keep us posted...
