I emailed Bel Canto on their "contact us" web page, waited a few days, then left a phone message with the person identified as their technical person, leaving my phone number and email address. I need to send my eVo4 to them for repair, but I need to know if there is a Canadian branch or not. No contact in over a week. Any idea how I can contact them otherwise? Is more than a week usual?
