MLO,

I'm inquiring about the matchability of the 700w to the ML EFX because everything I read says it's hard to match subs with electrostat panels. If this is a sticky answered question, please point me in the right direction.

Also, I'm downgrading from my NAD Master series trio used with my Spires to a NAD T787 120w/ch. Is this AVR an overkill for the tiny EFX speakers that I'll now be using for both mains and surrounds?

Thanks again everyone for your time

Remember, the blending is done by us with the woofer to the stat being done in the cabinet. the sub is a separate issue and will not be a problem at all to blend. i would suggest using the 700 as a forward firing woofer for best blend but it is easy to experiment.
