Standby issue with Depth i

My Depth i will not go into standby, or come out of it for that matter. If I flip the switch to Auto the light turns red, and according to the manual that means "initializing." And if I leave it on auto the sub will not work. But when I flip it to on it works like a dream.

Now its not a big problem because the sub works fine otherwise. I am just curious about the whole situation...

Hola Jordan... you need open inside the sub, and check for all the connectors for a proper contact. Other wise is, call ML service dept and ask about your problem. Melodie or Dana there, will guide you to find the problem. Happy listening.
