replacement stators

Question, I am considering replacing my re-quest stators. They were built in 99, does anyone know if any new technology or better materials is included in 2008 pannels compared to my old ones, or are the new pannels the exact same?

What can I expect to gain from pannel replacement in terms of sonics?

New panels will be much more detailed and have better imaging. They need burn in time, about a month of good playing. Its a $715 to your door deal.

Just do it. If you have any doubts at all about the panel, replace them.

You will be very pleased... New panels are almost as good as brand-new speakers. Been there, done that, got the tee-shirt.

Yes, the buzz is a loose Mylar. Unless your referring to one at idle. Either way its a win win deal !

I do hear a buzz with no music playing and the amps off but the pannels powered...
