I'd say it is propaganda put forward by a religious nutcase. Every so often we get the "doomsday" speech from one of them. When the dates for these Armageddons arrive and pass, the fear mongerers always have some excuse as to why they didn't happen. Anyone who knows very much at all about astronomy will know that this "planet and its dark star" theory (excuse me, "fact") simply is not true.
