I am a newbie here also. While I live in Tennessee now, I am a Buckeye thru and thru. No matter the rivalry, I always root for Michigan when they play outside the conference......I am cheering them on big time against Duke today.....

I am the proud new owner of a really nice pair of SL3.
Do not know what you have, but I tried it first with just a totally restored Pioneer Spec 2 (400 wpc into 4 ohms). Sounded really good. But then I bi-amped with a Bose 1801, totally restored of course (VERY conservatively rated at 400 wpc, more like 610 on the scope) on the woofers with the Spec 2 on the panels......(a modified Conrad Johnson PV2AR as the preamp) - if I never made another audio purchase, I believe I would be happy.
I do have my eyes on a pair of Nelson Audio 70 watt tube mon blocks tho for the panels.
