need pricing advice

I met a guy who knows a guy selling a pair of aeons a center and a sub.. it would make a great addition to my home theater which I have accents as my mains...

my question is what is a good price to pay for the above? I want a great deal but obviously he knows what he has. but he is really needing to get rid of them.

any ideas? I havent kept up with the pricing of used MLs

Hello,
Cinema are selling on Audiogon right now between 5-700 Dollars.
Depth's are selling between 850-1000 with most around 900.
Aeon's non "I", I would guess around a grand.

You might get lucky and get a killer deal depending on how motivated the seller is and how familiar he is with the resale value of Martin Logan gear.
