Fresco vs. Fresco i

I'm considering a pair of these for surrounds to go with my Ascent i's.

Can someone please tell me the difference between the two?

Okay... a little more reading deeper into some threads here gave me much of what I needed to know. I think for surrounds... there's not enough difference to matter that much to me.
