Well I posted on here not to long ago on how my subwoofer died. It was a power issue. Call ML and spoke with Dana BRown. Not only did he send the part for free, he sent me lots of info and was very helpful. Sent spare fuses too. I have never experiance customer service like this before. Was amazing. He is now sending me new bottom bezels for my panels on the sources I have due to they are cracked. Im so happy to be a ML customer.

Yes my problems were handled Very well also Dana was a blessing.
Nowadays with most audio co's it's usually a miss.
Roberto here was very helpful also.
Great product,company,service,sound and every other accolade one can use.
