I think the summits are starting to sound a lot better. I'm no audio reviewer, so let me just describe the sound as less constipated.

My Summits also seemed to have opened up a lot lately. Maybe it's because I have finally tweaked the bass and ultimate position to better suit my room for outstanding extension and soundstaging but without overpowering the panels...

There's a real art to setting up speakers.

I wonder how many people have bought high end stuff and later sold it because they thought it didn't sound good. A little patience and attention to placement can make all the difference.
