Best mp3 Tagging Software??? Need to fix tons of tags!

whats the best mpr 3 tagger out there? I need to fix tons of tags are messed up. Instead of having artist and title correct, it is just in one line under Name and needs to be separated. also all of my artwork in itunes is messed up as well so if it can grab the correct artwork autimatically, even better!

Tag and rename is a very good one. I have found that the built in auto-tag function in winamp is pretty good (and free). I use winamp as my playing software on my media center for playing digital tracks on my system and it's very good, especially if using good plugins.

update: I just purchased the full version of TuneUp tag editor and it works awesome! Restored all of my album art and did a fantastic job tagging all of my mis tagged files! I can highly recommend it!
