Audio Aero Prima CDP vs Primare CD31

Sup folks, was wondering which is the better choice to use with my nuforces and Summits? Thanks!

I have a Primare D20 CD player, which I find to be bright and two dimensional. However I've never seen anyone else characterize them as such. The D20 is solidly built so I've used it as a transport.

The Primare gets the better reviews (of the ones I've read), if that means anything to you. But, it costs more. Have you listened to them? One that seems interesting to me near that price range is the new Byston.
