Sorry to disappoint but I have not heard this pre-amp. If it's as good as the review stated, then Joey should definitely stay away from....tube amplifiers! Unless there is still room to...upgrade

The $5K retail just put lots of these preamps out of the running. The Tekron is a nice preamp but does not meet the $5k price tag mentioned by Joey. Neither is the Sunfire. So, we're back to Emotive, Hovland and Wyetech. Yeah, the official name is Wyetech Labs, but most people refer to them as Wyetech, just like Cary instead of "Cary Audio", or Lamm instead of "Lamm Industries". So, Joey, are we getting warm?
