Have you thought of a hybrid integrated? I moved to a Jolida 1501RC w/ Level II mods and it got everything right for 1.5K US$. Tube pre softens things up a tad, takes the sizzle off the high end, SS is there for the push. My Aerius do not have the bi-wire feature though...too bad.

I would lean towards the Aeons, or even a pair of similarly sized Aerius i's.....get the bi-wired version and your options really open up. Used ML's tend to be well taken care of.

The only reason.... I'd stray from ML would be to gain a wider listening area. Since I'm only interested in 2 channel for serious listening, this becomes a problem when more than one person wants to listen at the same time. We have whats called "the magic chair" where the sweet spot is....where...

Beautiful setup! I owned a pair of Scripts and used them as mains (system 100)....was very happy with the results! Yours is very well integrated into the room....nicely done!

Hey all, I've been re-added as Pinepoint, same as my previous handle. I've modified my setup and will re-post in member systems. Under Pinepoint / system #100, the Scripts were sold to a great ML site member (wink, system 134). Great to be back.
