After 20+ years in the business my local dealer is closing up shop. He gave me this out of the display window.

Just how much Tube power is enough to drive a pair of Aeon I's. The recommended range by ML. is 80-200 watts. Does the Tube amp need to be in that range also?

I have a crackling sound coming from my left panel only. I have vacuumed it and I thought it went away. But in listening to recordings I thought the noise floor seems high; recordings sounding hot. I stopped the music and when standing near the panel I hear the sound. This was not there before...

I've been thinking allot about what amp to get. I need some ideas on a SS amp between 2 and 3K with at least 200W, new or used. I will exclude Rotel from the list, I've already owned the 1080 and wish to go a different route. Thanks in advance for you input.

Thought this would be fun. These are some of the speakers I've owned in the past 4 years. Boy!! did I change alot.

This is the new home for my Aeon's. Three brick walls (front three) back wall is sheet rock. Room size is 10' 11" L ,14' W, about 7' H measured between the floor joist. If I put in a dropped ceiling, the height will be a little over 6' so I wont.

Has anyone heard this speaker? I will have a chance to hear it from my dealer next week when stop by. I know it's an old model, but the price is good, and I can get a proper audition there. I tried to hear the newer models at some other dealers in my area, but there setup's were horrible. I also...
