This is not a bad idea at all. It's already done with cables and I've used the service in the past. The rental cost can be used toward the purchase of new or used cables. The up front cost for equipment would be high, and certain pieces would be expensive to ship but nothing is impossible.

They do.. breaking the rules of course. But selling a new unit as a "one week old demo" wink wink. at a heavy discount hurts their bottom line as well as other dealers. The area reps really hate that. The Gon is not exactly cheap::)

And he has purchased different speakers from the line, including the CLX. There are large dealers in my area NY that do not have the CLX.

That is not normal at all for a house! It's wired more like an old apartment. Even apartments these have a few different circuits. You need to get an electrician in there.

I have not heard them in my setup, but I did hear them in several different systems at the stereophile show. You owe it to yourself to audition the ref 1000.

I heard the 05 yesterday in my buddies system. That is quite the pre. He has it in black also. I love the way they laid out the back, you can see they put a lot of thought into it. Enjoy:D
