Therein lays the rub. I've no doubt an MA1 could do the job, but one's not within the toy budget at this moment. Too may wants, not enough green. Wish I could give them a try, but are many states away.

Anyone have/tried this combo. Most concerned with Sequel II's HF impedance dip. Otherwise don't think power would be a problem since I listen at moderate to low levels and my VAC REN 30/30 has no difficulty playing louder than I care to listen. BTW, that should be M-60 MKII. Thanks, Bob

If I'm interpreting the above correctly my Sequels also share the same panel.

Sounds like sonic differences would be due to Odyssey's more sophisticated woofer system if cosmetics and connections are only panel differences.

While tilting the speaker may be an easy, stylish and free way to achieve more vertical dispersion, wouldn't tilting screw with having a time aligned speaker?

Am a pretty good rationalizer, part of the human condition I think. However could use an interest free loan with no payback schedule to finance a Prodigy purchase.

Regarding fitting the Prodigy into my room, it's the depth of the woofer cabinet that is of concern. The Sequel's (panel) are 40" from the rear wall and that's as close as I want the speakers to be to the listening position. Also the difference in cost between the Prodigy and Odyssey can fund...
