    Spades or bananas?

I am going to have some custom cables made for me by PNF Audio. My question is should I use spades, bananas, or both? They will make them however I want so I wanted to see if anyone had any input on this.

Bose vs. Logans...Not what you think

"BOW-ASS" as my 83 year old grandfather calls them. After hearing my old ht system he decided he needed to get one. He asked me if he should get one of them "bow-ass" systems cause they sounded so good. I asked him when he had ever heard them and he said never. He had read in a magazine that...

    PNF Audio

http://www.pnfaudio.com/ Has anyone heard of or used these cables? They seem to be reasonably priced, and from the various reviews they have received seem to be of good quality. I was thinking of getting the Platinum Pro power cable for my scripts and amps, And maybe the Symphony speaker cables...

Jason, I have the same system that you have with a few exceptions. i have a Yamaha RX-V3800, Clarity's up front, Cinema I, Scripts for rears and a Velodyne sub. Now here is where I can help. My amp is 140 watts as is yours, I added an Adcom GFA 585Se (250X2) for the Clarity's, sounds great...

    what to get....

    what to get....

Thanks for the responses Rich, now will that be check or money order your sending for the extra cash i would need? LOL I like the way the scripts sound, they would be my first choice. The fact that the brackets are missing are my only real concern. I have no history with any of the in-walls...

    what to get....

OK, so as I have said in other threads, I found a pair of Scripts W/O brackets that I can pick up. ML does not have the brackets that came with the scripts but they do have an option that would require a little work (IE paint, and what not..) On the other hand I could get a pair of the Passage...

    brackets for Scripts

Does anyone have a set of brackets for Scripts? I need to source two brackets. If not does anyone know if they are available from ML? I sent an e-mail to ML customer service, but no reply yet. Thanks for the help!

What a pain in the rear!

I was thinking, If I mount a Scrip to the wall how does that effect the bipolar aspect of the speaker? Also my sofa sits on the back wall, not the ideal location but its what I have so i deal with it. Would I be better of going with a pair of in walls like the Voyage/ Passage/ Ticket?
