Hola MPS, I greed with you. The tonal balance that I get through the Blue Heaven is just enough for my set up. The Nordost dealer here, Mr. Salvador Grijalba, had tried all the Nordost cables with my system, and his liking is more or less as mine. I also use Blue Heaven 1.5 meters long as inter-connect. With the Blue Heaven, my highs are like silky, and very pleasant to my ears. The cymbals are where they should be, with the drummer at the stage, and also the "tone", the "timbre" of the instruments are almost right and precise. I do not like too much ultra-recontra-super highs, that I got from the Valhalla. To my ears, I gotfrom them, too much detail, too much presence. It's like being between the musician(s), that close, too super forwdward sound. When I say almost right, it is, because out there must be what I am looking for, and believe me, I had tried a lot. I do not like to write about this, because it is too controversial, what I like not necessary you have to like it, right? but in a general way of writting, you had described the difference in Nordost sound. My lking is being at the saloon, or the theatre, the concert hall, listening to the musician(s) playing at the stage, and of course, I am getting the best seat available all the time, yes, I know, I am very pretentious, but the truth is, that this is what I am getting from my system now. I know that most of you, even with other cables, are doing and getting the same or perhaps even better sound. ML sound is very special. It is so special, that you can listen a change in the sound from a connector. Remeber that we have to use the long term memory to do this. The short time memory only last less than 10 seconds, and difference in level, could make us to fall in a mistake. All is what I keep saying: trust your ears and choose the one that you liked most! Happy listening.
