Tif files

Can someone here tell me how I can convert a tif file into some other form to be able to attach it to a thread here.

When I scan a document in to our computer system it is saved only as a tif file.

Brad, email me the tif file and I'll export it as a jpg which works here.

You can just open it with MS Paint (usually listed under Accessories), then convert by "saving" as a jpg.

if none of that works -- I have found tiftogif programs free on the web.... not sure what is accepted here however.... sure there is a free program out there to do it though -- I used one for scanned documents so people could view them on the web...
