Im pretty happy with this HT but would like a tube amp/ amps for the MLs when I win the lottery.

MLs are Sequels with new panels

I bought them recently in Melbourne.

They go well with the Pioneer Receiver but lack the movement of sound as presented with the Quad monoblock amps I auditioned them with. Nevertheless when I switched to the Pioneer amp at the dealer it wasnt a huge difference.

But one day....

Shayne,

Nice system! Pioneer makes a nice reciever, especially the Elite line. The only thing missing is a stable source of power with ample amounts of current to get those panels moving.

Can we see a pic of your Wharfdale's? I've always liked their speaker lines...

Oh yeah...Welcome to the site!

Lovely Sequel System...

Shayne,

 Hey..., you have a fantastic system!

I looks just wonderful! :D I like the trim on your Sequel's, what kinda trim finish are they? Natural cherry? or Dark cherry? Your Sequel's harmonize well with your listening room decor. I like the blue walls with the white trim and the wood trim of your Sequel's...

I am glad you posted your system here with all of ours. :D

Your sequel system looks Great! :D

Shayne....

AWESOME set up... sure to bring hundreds of hours of sonic nirvana :meditate:

Good luck w/ the lottery... hopefully it's not a tax to the statistically challenge like it is in the states. Cheers

Shayne, welcome ! and good luck with winning the Lottery and getting your amp and pre-amp upgrade !!
