Summit placement for a small room?

I am curious how folks who own the Summits and have them in a small room have them placed. How far away from the walls? How close is the listening position?

My room is 12x14. Right now my Ascents are 4 feet from the wall and 2.5 feet from the side walls. The speakers are 6.5 feet apart. My listening position is about 8 feet away.

You could probably place the Summits in about the same place. I have mine 5 feet from the short back wall and 30" from the side wall in a 16 x 14 room. I sit only slightly farther back than you and they sound great.

I have my Summits about 7 feet apart and I sit about 7-8 feet away. It's pretty small and very intimate listening environment. I'm almost done with my system here for the most part, so you have to come by Dave.
